20 Moments That Will Define Upcoming Marvel Movies
19. The Battle Of Wakanda (Avengers: Age Of Ultron)
Okay, let's clear one thing up first; Wakanda might not actually be the location of the battle in question, but it could potentially be and, regardless, the battle we're referring to could be pivotal to this movie for a number of reasons. Avengers: Age of Ultron is set to open with a battle taking place between the Avengers we're already familiar with and Baron Strucker's forces - which are said to include Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch. The battle was filmed in South Africa, which has led some people to believe it's doubling up as Wakanda - and that could be relevant as it could hint at Black Panther's future appearance or the mining of vibranium which, in turn, could mean that Ultron is going to made of the same near-indestructible metal that Captain America's shield is made of. It will also be key to the movie as it may serve to define Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch as heroes, as they switch allegiances to the Avengers following the battle, which may just give them the extra muscle they need to defeat the titular villainous robot.
