11. See No Evil 2 (2014/15)
The original See No Evil was an effective slasher from WWE Studios and, when looking at their output since 2006, its still one of their better films that can stand beside their other horror, this years Oculus. The original focussed on reclusive psychopath Jacob Goodnight (WWEs Kane) as he picked off a group of young delinquents charged with cleaning up an abandoned hotel. It was a grubby, violent film which suitably ended with a dog urinating in Jacobs eye socket after being impaled on a bone. This sequel was filmed last year by The Soska Sisters who made the interesting American Mary and, in true Halloween II style, we find Jacob Goodnight awakening in the hospital morgue and going after a group of medical students. The film stars genre favourites Danielle Harris (the Halloween franchise) and Chelan Simmons (Tucker & Dale Vs Evil and Final Destination 3). Its not going to change the world but this should be an effective little slasher.
