11. David Bowie - Zoolander

The late David Bowie appeared in one of the most beloved and talked-about cameos of the 21st century so far, showing up totally out of nowhere in cult classic comedy Zoolander to judge the "walk-off" between Derek (Ben Stiller) and Hansel (Owen Wilson).

Bowie's mere presence alone is enough to make this one brilliantly peculiar, but his crowning moment surely occurs after Derek gives himself an atomic wedgie while attempting to remove his underwear without first taking off his trousers.

Bowie then emerges underneath Derek's legs and shouts "Disqualified!". A simple cameo, sure, but the rock star's undeniable air of cool made this a shocker that's stuck with audiences ever since.
