7. Grumpy Cats Worst Christmas Ever
Rotten Tomatoes Score: 30% Probably the weirdest movie ever commissioned by the Lifetime network, Grumpy Cat's Worst Christmas Ever is, of course, a Christmas movie adapting the recent Internet meme Grumpy Cat, somehow roping in Aubrey Plaza to voice the cantankerous feline. Plaza gives it her all and there's a bizarre meta layer to the entire movie (which frequently jokes about how bad most Lifetime movies are), but that self-awareness only makes the movie's continued awfulness that much more annoying. It's not simply good enough to poke fun at how lame Lifetime is without coming up with a story that avoids those cliches: outside of these references, this is a pure Lifetime movie through and through. Poorly filmed and shoddily acted, even Plaza's voice-work gets grating after a while, and the fidgety visual style is more irritating than amusing. Though probably the most interesting bad movie on this list, a bad movie is still...a bad movie.
