See No Evil marked one of the WWE's first attempts to break into Hollywood, and frankly on paper there were worse ideas than putting iconic big-man Kane in his own slasher movie.

The problem is that See No Evil is about as generic as they come - there's bafflingly little fun to be had watching Kane pick off a group of delinquents, the visual style is mid-2000s to the point of self-parody, and the dialogue is atrocious.

But what about that phone scene, huh?

The single awesome kill in See No Evil involves the maniacal Jacob Goodnight (Kane) catching poor Zoe (Rachael Taylor) and forcing her to swallow her own Nokia phone.

Director Gregory Dark lingers on the phone being shoved down Zoe's throat, complete with an up-close glimpse of it travelling down her gullet and some revolting bone-crunching sound effects, in what remains the film's single memorable and visceral death scene.
