In 2018, British cinematographer Roger Deakins finally won an Oscar. With a career spanning over thirty years, this man has lensed some of the most beautiful films ever committed to celluloid, The Shawshank Redemption, Skyfall, almost all of the Coen Brothers back catalogue, Sicario, the list goes on.
