Why It's Going To Rock: It Looks Freakin' Insane Sure, the Wachowski siblings are - generally speaking - a little hit and miss when it comes to delivering on their motion picture promises, and it's also true that they haven't made a film anywhere near as good as The Matrix since all the way back in - gosh! - 1999. Still, their latest project, the bombastically titled Jupiter Ascending, looks like a genuine labour of love - and unlike the majority of their last films, it isn't based on an established idea. Mila Kunis stars as the main protagonist in this insane-looking space opera, which - from the trailers at least - looks visually stunning in all the ways you might expect from a Wachowski movie. Whilst we're not entirely sure of Channing Tatum's character, which has him poised as some sort of werewolf man, if the scope and ambition matches even half of what was visible in Cloud Atlas, then we're potentially looking at a modern sci-fi gem.
