Why It's Going To Rock: Disney Are Pretty Much Kicking Ass Right Now Based on a relatively little known Marvel comic book of the same name, Big Hero 6 seems like an unexpected choice for "next movie in the official Disney motion picture canon," and yet this is the film that the major studio have decided to deploy in the wake of Frozen, their most successful venture... well, ever? Big Hero 6 is also set to be the first fully-fledged Disney film to feature Marvel characters - something of a major milestone, really. According to Wikipedia, the plot is as follows: "Set in a fictional metropolis called San Fransokyo (a portmanteau of San Francisco and Tokyo), a young robotics prodigy named Hiro Hamada and his self-created robot Baymax uncover a criminal plot and pull together a team of inexperienced crime-fighters," which sounds like a recipe for disaster at first, but then you check out the trailer and brief a sigh of relief, because awesome.
