Why It's Going To Rock: Robert Downey Jr./Robert Duvall Any movie featuring both Robert Downey Jr. and Robert Duvall is bound to be good, right? So it's David Dobkin's upcoming crime thriller picture, The Judge, that pairs these two screen icons as - wait for it - father and son. The plot sounds ripe for dramatic awesomeness, with Downey Jr.'s successful lawyer returning home to find that his father - a famous judge - has been suspected of murder. If that doesn't sound totally juicy, we dunno what does. Granted, Dobkin isn't the greatest director in the world, but he did give us Wedding Crashers, and Wedding Crashers is - let's face it - a tiny bit brilliant (he also gave us Shanghai Knights, which is entirely affable and we won't have a bad word said about it). We've also got high hopes for The Judge because it was penned by the writer of Gran Torino, Nick Schenk, which won the Nation Board of Review's award for Best Screenplay in 2008.
