Sri Lankan actor Albert Moses, who worked in India, Africa and the United Kingdom throughout his career, played two minor characters in the Roger Moore films.

He played a barman in The Spy Who Loved Me and then an MI6 contact based in India, named Sadruddin, in Octopussy. Sadruddin is the character who Bond hands money to and then says "Keep you in curry for a few weeks, won't it?" Definitely not one of the better moments from the films.
