Billed As: That film the sexists hated first. And then everyone else did after the trailer came out.

Hype: There are lots of people in the world who have an agenda against the new Ghostbusters remake/sequel/reboot (whatever the hell it is), but if you hate it flatly because it stars a bunch of smelly old girls, there's something wrong with you.

Any exercise in expanding the Ghostbusters brand should be cherished by fans: there is infinite potential in the franchise that was frustrating quashed for years because of the reluctance of some of the original stars to do it.

Yes, the trailer was poor, but there is more than enough talent involved here to make it an exciting prospect even without the Ghostbusters baggage. Let's just hope the marketing has been a misstep that doesn't reflect the film's quality, though eh?
