5. Double T-Rex Attack (The Lost World: Jurassic Park)
When Roland Tembo captures a baby T-Rex in order to lure the adults to his camp in order to capture them, Nick Van Owen discovers it, injured, and takes it back to his trailer to treat its injuries with Sarah Harding. Ian Malcolm, his daughter Kelly and Eddie Carr then take refuge in the "high hide", an observation platform that can be hoisted into the forest canopy. Ian returns to the trailer just before the baby Rex's parents arrive in search of their offspring. The trio of Ian, Nick and Sarah return the treated infant to the adults and think they have satisfied them in doing so. However, the adults return and attack the trailer, knocking it over the edge of a nearby cliff - at which point it is only prevented from falling on to the rocks far below by virtue of the fact that it is attached to another trailer which is still on the surface above. What follows is the thrilling cracking glass scene, in which Sarah Harding's life hangs in the balance as the only thing between her and a massive drop is one of the trailer's windows, which is slowly cracking. When the glass does crack, Ian saves her life by grabbing her "lucky pack", which she also grabs, and he pulls her back up. Eddie, returning to the scene, attaches one of the trailers to his SUV and tries to pull it back onto the surface - and he succeeds, saving all three of their lives, but not without sacrificing his own, as the two T-Rexes return and kill him.
