Written and directed by first-timer Robert Sparks, this thriller sees Josh McDermitt headlining the story of a recovering alcoholic (played by Divergent actor and son of Michael, Christian Madsen) who personally investigates the disappearance of his abducted nephew and uncovers the seedy underbelly of LA and a dark child sex trafficking industry.

Not exactly one to uplift you, by the sound of it, but an intriguing sounding story, and it will provide McDermitt with another opportunity to flex similar muscles to his Walking Dead role. His character Bill (Madsen's on-screen brother), is described as "an alcoholic who doesn’t take the best care of himself. Doesn’t even know his nephew was kidnapped. Too much of an alcoholic to be present in life and help Joe find their nephew." And crucially, he's the comic relief - because that's what all child abduction movies need...
