Also known for Die Another Day and Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, Christine Hewett played Shada D'ukal, a mercenary from an order of female warriors known as the Mistryl Shadow Guard, in Star Wars. Though only seen on-screen in the original film, D'ukal made numerous appearances in the Expanded Universe. Hewett, the only actress to portray her, passed away in September 2007.
