30 Horror Movie Survivors Who Probably Wished They'd Died

Another death game horror now, and another one featuring a sole survivor who might've preferred not to have made it out of there at all. 

Mike Milch (John Gallagher Jr.) ends up being the sole survivor of the titular experiment, and in the process, he loses his girlfriend (Adria Arjona) and many friends, some of whom tried to kill him. He also became a killer himself by the end, thus breaking the pacifist philosophy he'd displayed throughout the rest of the story, so this would've left him in pieces. 

As if all of that wasn't bad enough, it looked like the nightmare wasn't over yet. Mike did survive the events of the movie and also killed the men who oversaw the experiment from outside, but The Belko Experiment's ending indicated that "Phase 2" of the experiment was about to begin, suggesting that Mike might be sent back into another death game. 

Given the success of projects like Squid Game and Alice in Borderland, it seems conceivable that a belated sequel might eventually emerge, but despite the ending setting one up, no follow-up has yet happened. Nevertheless, it's unlikely Mike would make it through another game, as he only survived the first one through luck.
