It was widely expected that TV show Fargo and Spotlight would both earn a few awards each, but they were completely shut out, with Fargo losing Best Actor (Patrick Wilson), Best Actress (Kirsten Dunst) and Best Mini-Series or TV Film, while Spotlight missed out on Best Picture - Drama, Best Director and Best Screenplay. At least it wasn't just the usual, boring awards ceremony results: there was a little more diversity than usual and not too much of the celebrity brown-nosing which has characterised the Globes in past years (that J-Law win notwithstanding). What did you think of the 73rd Golden Globe Awards? Shout it out in the comments!
