5 Doctor Who Actors Who Have Directed Their Own Movies

5. Peter Capaldi

These days he's keeping himself busy as the twelfth incarnation of the universe's coveted defender and Doctor Who fans across the land are eagerly counting down to the day he and his eyebrows return to our screens. Believe it or not, though, but his unofficial title of 'Best Brows in Britain' actually isn't the most prestigious accolade he's ever recieved. That would probably be the Oscar - yep, the actual Academy Award - that he won back in 1994 for his short film, Franz Kafka's It's a Wonderful Life. As its title would suggest, it tells the story of Franz Kafka who suffers continual interruptions whilst writing his now iconic Christmas classic. Written and directed by Peter himself, it stars another Doctor Who alumni, Richard E. Grant, and you can check out parts one, two and three on YouTube. So, the Twelfth Doctor has bagged himself an Oscar! Is there anything he can't do?
