4. The Elder Wand
The Elder Wand, the most powerful wand in the world, is one of the three Deathly Hallows. It was so powerful that anyone who used it in a duel would automatically win. However, since its power was so well known, its owners would often be killed outside of the duel, and the wand would be stolen.
Imagine a film following a few of the Elder Wand's owners, each thinking they are immune to its curse, and each being wrong. It would define the wand's power more, and could even end with Gellert Grindelwald taking control of it, as he was the last person to own it before Dumbledore.
Seeing each Elder Wand owner try and fail to survive would also allow for some serious tragedies, something we don't often see in fantasy fiction.
