5 Movies You'll Complain About But End Up Watching Anyway (And 5 You Shouldn't)

4. Night At The Museum 3

Night at the Museum 2 I had no idea that this movie was being talked about until just a few days ago, but I knew exactly what to expect in the comments no matter what page I was reading: a lot of out-of-work "critics" bashing the holy hell out of a film that isn't even geared towards them. Granted I rant about The Smurfs all the time, but those films go out to make kids dumber and cinema cheaper. This Ben Stiller led franchise was original and imaginative, and the first go out for the series was an honest success. But that didn't stop the typical sequel hatred. True it may not have measured up to the first, but to be forward, there is a lot worse out there in the world. Yet, the 'no girls allowed' club of dedicated IMDB forum writers made sure we know what they thought about. Lighting up any chance they get to let us know that NATM 2 was a film they did not enjoy. This franchise may fall into the category of series that people feel are being pushed too far. Those same people may declare that for some unexplainable reason that this harmless film has insulted their core being as if they were half-expecting it to be an Oscar worthy film. NATM, both films, are what they are, and NATM 3 is of course going to be met by the same shouting individuals who have it out for Ben Stiller or for movies that just go for a few laughs here and there. So will you see it? Pretty much. Given that this series is still making a decent amount of money, someone, probably you, are going to the theaters to see it. I admit that it's sort of fun to keep a look out for all the historical references. It's a movie that may actually teach kids a little something. And from the sounds of some complainers, it's about the only history those complainers get too learn.
