4. Orion
Orion is the son of the powerful Superman villain Darkseid and is therefore one of the New Gods of Apokolips. Possessing such powers as super-strength, speed and endurance, a healing factor and immortality, Orion is also a master combatant. His powers are also augmented and complimented by the super-powered, advanced technology that he has on his person. He wields a cosmic power known as the Astro Force thanks to his Astro-Harness and can travel quickly between distant locations and create a variety of offensive attacks via another piece of advanced technology called a Mother Box. In a live action movie, Orion could first be introduced prior to the appearance of his father - perhaps as one of his henchman. He could then fight Superman - who he is very much a match for - before being made to realise how evil his father is and fighting for the forces of good (maybe even becoming an honourable member of a live action Justice League). He is such a cool character who would look immense on the big screen and if Darkseid is going to be included in the expanded DC Cinematic Universe (as is widely expected and anticipated), then Orion is pretty much an essential inclusion in any potential story he appears in.
