50 Infuriating Horror Movie Characters We All Secretly Wanted To Die

19. Terror Train - Doc Manley

It's time for another slasher movie douche, one who ranks among horror cinema's nastiest pranksters.

Doc Manley (Hart Bochner) is a mean-spirited medical student whose big schtick is pulling off horrible pranks. As Final Girl Alana (Jamie Lee Curtis, who else?) accurately says, "You can't have a good time without hurting somebody, can you?" Apparently, he cannot. In the opening of this underrated slasher, Doc plays a prank on a shy, virginal student named Kenny (Derek MacKinnon). Kenny seemingly goes upstairs for a sexual tryst, only to be greeted with a female corpse on the bed, one that Doc had stolen from the morgue.

There are sick pranks, and then there's that.

Kenny is traumatized and sent to an institution, but Doc feels no remorse whatsoever, and three years after the incident, he's still up to his old tricks and being a bully, affirming him as one of the biggest douchebags in all of slasher cinema. Still, rather poetically, his foibles do prove to be his undoing. The aforementioned prank with the corpse sows the seeds of Doc's death.

While Doc and his fellow students are on a party train, Kenny sneaks aboard and begins to kill them all in revenge. Doc is one of Kenny's victims, and it feels like a form of twisted, poetic justice.
