7. Once Upon A Time In Hollywood

We're almost out of Quentin Tarantino movies, as this mystery crime movie based on the Manson Murders in Los Angeles in 1969 is the ninth of his planned ten films (and the final one should be Star Trek). So there's an element of inflated hype behind it already.

Then when you start to take into account the usual metrics - like the director's ability, the story and the cast - it starts to look even more exciting. Tarantino has Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt in as his leads, but he's also assembled an enviable cast including Margot Robbie, Damian Lewis, Al Pacino, Scoot McNairy, Bruce Dern and Lena Dunham (among many more) that looks like a home run in itself.

We can probably expect some historical rearrangement (given Tarantino's penchant for telling established stories his own way) and lots of lots of dialogue, but you know that already if you're a Tarantino fan. And for everyone else, the star power and the story strength should be more than enough to entertain.
