2. Randall Boggs - Monsters Inc (2001) / Monsters University (2013)
In Monsters Inc, we were introduced to the direct rival, Randall, nemesis of both Mike and Sulley, with the ability to blend into his surroundings at will. Cunning, witty and frightening, he treacherously competed with Sulley to become the top glorified scarer for the company. While this character was a nasty villain and considerably terrifying for the younger members of the audiences, he was significantly friendlier and charming in the prequel, Monsters University. As a college student, Randall was socially awkward and shy. After being accepted by the Roar Omega Roar fraternity, his personality began to drastically change and form into the villainous bad we were familiar with in Monsters Inc. After a defeat in the Scare games by Sulley and made to look ridiculous, he looks over bitterly at Sulley and thus begins his descent into villainy with his jealously which manifests over the years.
