3. Dane DeHaan
It makes sense to bring in a version of Harry Osborn, and as it stands right now, the chances of that being James Franco are slim. Thankfully, The Amazing Spider-Man's Dane DeHaan is there to pick up the slack, and he might be an even better choice.
One thing that we certainly know is coming to No Way Home is The Green Goblin. You don't have to be the most eagle-eyed viewer to spot the references to him in the trailer. Plus, Dafoe's iconic cackle has all but set the iconic actor's return in stone.
But, you could improve this even more by adding DeHaan to the mix, as he could partner up with this alternate version of his dad and bring chaos as a father/son pairing. Don't forget, Amazing Spider-Man's Harry lost his version of Norman Osborn, so he'd surely jump at the opportunity to bond with another.
Seeing not one but two versions of the Green Goblin wouldn't just be great fan service but also an excellent opportunity to deliver on spectacle. They would make a truly worthy adversary to even multiple version of Peter, and frightening foreshadowing for the arrival of the MCU's Norman/Harry Osborn.
