2. Arnold Schwarzenegger

As with Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger was rumoured to be circling a role in Inglourious Basterds all those years ago, but it never came of anything. It might be too on-the-nose to have both Stallone and Arnie in the same film, but if I had to choose one of them, I'd pick Arnie any day of the week. He might not be anywhere near as mobile as in his glory days, but he's still got the brilliant comic timing and self-deprecating sense of humour that might make a brief role in a Tarantino film work. Arnie has never been the greatest at line readings, and some of Tarantino's characteristically verbose dialogue might not work too well for him, but some snappy one liners would certainly hit the mark. To avoid his statuesque presence distracting too much from everything else, a brief role would suit him best, but if it pops on the page, I'm confident Arnie could handle it perfectly.
