You've seen the slight changes made for Superman's costume. The new looks for Batman, Aquaman and Wonder Woman have been unveiled. You'd think after that the next character reveal those actually looking forward to Batman V Superman would be clamouring for would be Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor, but you'd be wrong. Ever since he was spotted on set with green-clad calves, the internet's been obsessed with figuring out just who Scoot McNairy's playing in Dawn Of Justice. The most popular opinion for a while was that he'd be a revisionist take on The Flash, but in the wake of Ezra Miller's casting everyone's drawing up a blank. All involved have been irritatingly coy about his part, only furthering both fan anticipation and the perception he's someone pretty important. Who He Could Be Playing? You name a minor DC character and you can bet fans have theorised McNairy's playing him; Metallo, an injured Jimmy Olsen and a gender-swapped Oracle have all been thrown around with varying levels of genuineness. All seem a tad ridiculous, although this DC Cinematic Universe hasn't shied away from being revisionist thus far. Whoever he winds up being is, expect this to be Dawn Of Justice's equivalent of Vision - a major secret teased out to the die-hards over the lengthy promotional run.
