8 Awesome Movie Crossovers That Need To Happen

5. Green Lantern/Flash

OK, so this one€™s a bit of a cheat. A Flash movie hasn€™t been made yet, but assuming that the Scarlet Speedster is going to be in 2015€™s Justice League (and let€™s be honest- how can he not?) he would officially qualify for a crossover. But Green Lantern, you say? Why Green Lantern? Because a Flash/Green Lantern crossover would be the ultimate buddy cop movie: straight edged, by-the-book Earth cop (Barry Allen) meets maverick, shoot-first-ask-questions-later Space cop (Hal Jordan). Humor, personality clashes and one-liners would be implicit, but what would really set this apart from every other movie of its kind would be its scale. Drug cartels and terrorist groups are one thing, but world conquering despots and super intelligent apes are quite another. A mash-up of traditional cop movie themes with large scale sci-fi action would serve up something fresh, new and wholly awesome. Awesomeness Level: 8.5/10
