8 Celebrities Who've Had an Awesomely Cinematic 2012

4. Seth MacFarlene

Fans saved Family Guy from death, and MacFarlene returned the favor with Ted, an adult, live-action comedy that set box-office records in the R-rated comedy genre. So, what's he been up to since he made that little gem? Hopefully been preparing for the 2012 Oscars, because he's recently been named to host the event, in hopes to bring in the ratings to the failing show. So, whether you love him or hate him, 2012 has certainly been good to him and I'm sure he's quite thankful considering his small start on the fantastically forgotten CartoonNetwork show Johnny Bravo. No, Seth. We most certainly haven't forgotten that that is still your best work.

Cameron Carpenter is an aspiring screenwriter, current film and journalism student, and self-diagnosed cinephile, which only sounds bad in certain circles. Devoted fan of comics, movies, theater, Jesus Christ, Sidney Lumet, and Peter O'Toole, he sometimes spends too much time on his Scribd and comicbookmovie.com, but doesn't think you're one to judge, devoted reader. You can follow him on Twitter to watch him talk to people you didn't know exist. Oh, and Daredevil is quite the big deal around here (my head).
