8 Continuity Flaws That Ruin A Film Series During A Binge Watch

6. Jason's Appearance Between Parts Two And Three - Friday The 13th

Jason becoming the killer in Friday The 13th Part Two doesn’t make a hell of a lot of sense if you think about it – did his mother know he was still alive? – but whatever. He became a horror icon for a reason, and he’s rocked a few different looks in his time.

Without a doubt, the most perplexing change-up is between part two and three; in two he wore a sack on his head, jean overalls, a plaid shirt and had long, straggly hair and stubble. Part III – which takes place the very next day – has Jason completely bald with a bulky physique and dark green shirt instead. Maybe if the film took place a year later this wouldn’t have been so noticeable, although since the two movies have the same director it can’t even be blamed on a new crew.

Part III is also the first movie where Jason picks up his famous mask, although no complaints there; it is much cooler than the potato sack look anyway.
