8 DC Storylines That Could Compete With Marvel's Infinity War

One of Marvel's greatest accomplishments come Infinity War, will be the inclusion of almost every Marvel superhero we have seen thus far. DC can attempt something similar, if they choose to adapt the 2013 story arc Trinity War.

In that comic, we see a three faction war be waged, between Justice League, Justice League of America, and Justice League Dark members as they battle over Pandora's box.

The extended cast would allow DC to really show how they are able juggle multiple characters, and new faces like Martian Manhunter, The Phantom Stranger, and John Constantine, could provide the rocket fuel that the DC Extended Universe needs to compete. With properties like Fantastic Four and X-Men, unavailable to Marvel Studios due to rights issues, what better way to show superiority than to showcase as many as DC-owned characters as possible, in one film?

The great part of adapting this to film, would be introducing Justice League Dark, a more mystical and magic based group of Justice League members, who include Deadman, Frankenstein and Zatanna.

With fast-paced action, new characters, and spell casting, Trinity War would give Infinity War a run for its money.
