8 MCU Characters Who Deserve Their Own Movie

The Agent Carter TV show ran for only two seasons before it was cancelled, despite the fact that it had an infinite number of stories to tell. Though it would feel quite cheap to bring Hayley Atwell back for a movie to finish up Peggy's story, Endgame may have opened up the perfect avenue to bring her back for one last ride.

In the final moments of Endgame, Steve Rogers/Captain America was sent back in time by Professor Hulk to return all the Infinity Stones and Thor's hammer to Asgard. Meant to only be gone for a few seconds, Steve doesn't come back when he's supposed to - and when he does, he's an old man who has happily lived a full life with his one true love.

In a reality where Steve and Peggy are together, there's no question that a movie needs to happen. Watching Peggy build SHIELD with Captain America by her side and living in bliss between missions is to die for.

Sure, there are some slight plotholes that would need to be addressed, but not only would a Peggy Carter movie give the agent a solid, satisfying ending, it would also allow Marvel to bring back Chris Evans in a small capacity and allow him to wear his suit one last time.
