8 Movies These Directors Need To Make
4. Christopher Nolan - The Next Bond Film
Christopher Nolan is a filmmaker who is almost untouchable. Even at his worst, his work is still hugely successful and critically praised, with his most recent flick, Tenet, being equal parts lambasted and praised by critics/fans. His visual style, dense scripts and intense action sequences always hit the spot, and there's one franchise that is dying to get their hands on him.
The Bond series is very hit and miss, with some of 007's flicks soaring to the heights of success and others plummeting down like Alec Trevelyan. Recent years haven't been too kind to the series, thanks to the poor response to Spectre, and as of right now, it's uncertain whether No Time To Die will do much to change that.
However, one way to guarantee a fresh start for the franchise would be to pass the reigns over to Nolan. His storytelling skills, thoughtful scripts and stunning visual skills would deliver on a Bond film that feels a cut above the rest.
The creator of Inception has even expressed interest in making a Bond movie, so MGM and EON would be crazy not to take advantage.
