Spoilers Ahead for Infinity War

It's the end of Phase 3, the end of a ten year movie build up, and the end of plenty of our favourite character's own (fictional, importantly) lives - Endgame couldn't be any more of a perfect title, really, unless it was Avengers: Holy Sh*t or Avengers: We're All Dead.

The fourth instalment in the Avengers series is the second part to Infinity War's absolutely mental finale, which saw Thanos manage to stick all his shiny stones in the mega-glove and click his fingers to turn half the population of Earth into dust - but what exactly are we supposed to expect now?

Endgame is set to change everything we know about the MCU as a franchise, which is massive, especially when you take into account what an effect this industry giant has had on all things cinema for the past decade. With actor's contracts ending, so might plenty of our original favourite's lives, meaning some sort of sacrifice to bring back new and ongoing characters (as we already know Spider-Man will return thanks to the ill-timed Far From Home trailer).

It's going to be the biggest and boldest ending to a well-loved movie saga we've seen, and the first of it's kind. Marvel's 10-year experiment will pay off in amazing, giant fashion, and will make history no matter the result.
