6. The Crow

It's somewhat ironic, given the story, that The Crow remake has seemingly died and been revived so many times. Almost like it's a gimmicked part of the production story, or something.

Sadly, the reality is far less clever. The real story is that several people - starting with Stephen Norrington way back in 2008 - have tried to make it with names like Bradley Cooper, Mark Wahlberg, Channing Tatum, Ryan Gosling, Tom Hiddleston, Alexander Skarsgård and James McAvoy all linked to the project at various points. Directors Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, Francisco Javier Gutiérrez and Corin Hardy were all officially attached as were actors Luke Evans, Jack Huston and most recently Jason Momoa as the titular star.

Basically, if you haven't in some way been linked to this project, you're probably not an active actor or film-maker right now. Sadly, both Hardy and Momoa are now out of the project, which is now back to square one, despite getting to within a few weeks of production starting (allegedly) and it's questionable whether it'll ever get closer to being a real thing again.
