9 Actors Who Died TWICE Horribly The Same Exact Way In Different Movies

Many keen-eyed fans noticed something amusingly disturbing while watching the new Scream film, that one of its primary cast members' deaths is extremely similar to a death their recently endured in another movie.

At the end of Scream, Amber (Mikey Madison) is revealed to be one of the two killers, and is memorably offed when she's shot by Gale Weathers (Courteney Cox), causing her to fall onto a lit stove and burst into flames.

Technically speaking Amber does come back for "one last scare" before being finally shot dead for good, though going by her severely melted face, it's clear that being set on fire was the operative cause of death.

It didn't take long for fans to connect the dots, that this was in fact an homage to actress Madison's similar death in Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

In that film, Madison plays Sadie, a member of the Manson Family whose rampage is stopped when, you guessed it, she's set on fire by Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his trusty flamethrower.

To put an even finer point on it, in both films Madison's character is motivated to murder by Hollywood: in Tarantino's film she claims that movies taught her how to kill, and in Scream she starts killing people over her dissatisfaction with the direction of the Stab franchise. Genius.
