Film and TV audiences outside of America probably aren't too familiar with the name Jaleel White, but in the States, the actor is famous for having played the character of Steve Urkel (pictured above), the nerdy next-door neighbour of the Winslows in Family Matters. The 90s sitcom originally introduced White's character as a recurring character, eventually becoming the main focus of the show when he gained huge popularity with fans of the programme. However, if you're not a U.S citizen, then you're far more likely to know White from a series of cartoons about one of the most famous video game characters ever created. No, he didn't voice Mario, he voiced Sonic.
