Horrible Bosses 2 was a flat and disappointing sequel, which even Jason Bateman has admitted since. It was a tired retelling of the original that saw the cast going through the motions, and visibly looking bored doing so.

It’s a shame then that possibly one of the funniest gags was dropped from the movie before it was shot, which would have seen the gang from The Hangover briefly crossing over into the world of Horrible Bosses. Actor Jason Sudeikis says the cameo would have happened at the end of a scene with Jamie Foxx’s murder consultant character, who would have ushered them out of a meeting so he could talk to The Hangover gang.

Apparently hiring Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zack Galifianakis was too pricey for the quick scene, so it was never filmed. It wouldn’t have made the movie any better, but it would have been good for a quick chuckle.
