9 Most Brutal Acts Of Revenge In Star Wars

2. The Tuskan Raider Massacre - Attack Of The Clones

"I killed them all. They're dead, every single one of them. And not just the men, but the women and the children too. They're like animals, and I slaughtered them like animals. I hate them!"

Tough words there from Anakin Skywalker.

For the majority of Star Wars fans, Attack of the Clones is a movie that usually takes up a lowly spot when looking to rank this franchise from a galaxy far, far away. There are moments of quality amongst this most maligned of movies, however, and one particular standout scene is where Anakin slays all of the residents of a Tusken village located in the Valley of the Spirits.

This was a truly brutal act that served to continue Anakin's descent towards the Dark Side, yet it was one that was an understandable act of revenge.

Remember, this is a young Skywalker who had been haunted by visions of his mother Shmi in agonising pain, with her being held captive by a group of Tusken Raiders. When Anakin does find Shmi, she's on the verge of death and does indeed soon take her last breath.

Slaughtering any man, woman, and child in sight is admittedly an extreme act of revenge, but many would have done exactly the same thing if they were in Anakin's shoes here.
