5. A Brazilian Pastor Suffered A Heart Attack Whilst Watching The Passion Of The Christ With His Congregation

Oh, you thought we were done with Mel Gibson, did you? Uh-uh. One Passion of the Christ-related death wasn't enough, apparently, because a Brazilian pastor, Jose Geraldo Soares, 43, also met his untimely end during a screening of the controversial movie - a screening that he had organised for both himself, his wife and his entire congregation. According to reports, Soares suffered a heart attack at some point during the screening, and died quietly in his seat. His wife noticed something was wrong when she turned to say something to him halfway through the movie (don't you hate it when people do that?) and Soares didn't say anything back. So what gives? Was the man - just 43, mind - so disturbed by what he was watching that he just decided it was time to die, right there and then? Isn't it slightly odd that a pastor, of all people, randomly dropped dead during a screening of The Passion? Well, at least he already knew the ending...
