9 Times Actors Majorly Spoiled Their Own Movies
8. Mark Ruffalo (Again) - Avengers: Infinity War
Ruffalo's accidental spoiling did not end there with Thor Ragnarok as the Marvel Cinematic Universe entered its epic two-part finale Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame. Fans had waited years for the combination of over 20 movies to finally come to its conclusion in a range of epic team ups and fights to beat the mad titan Thanos before he collected all the infinity stones and changed history forever.
Before Infinity War was released in 2018, many press events were done around the world, combining actors in talk shows and conventions to hype up the movie. The one rule: do not spoil anything.
Hard for some as Mark Ruffalo entered one Disney convention press room with co star Don Cheadle. After praise about the films that had come before, Ruffalo blurts out in front of interviewer and camera that everyone dies. Cheadle tries to stop him, and Ruffalo attempts to backtrack his words.
Confused, the actor reveals that only half of the characters die instead, giving away the final moments of the film in which Thanos receives all the stones and clicks his fingers, destroying half of living creatures across the universe to dust.
Poor Mark - maybe one day he'll keep his mouth shut.
