Age Of Ultron: 10 Unlikely Things That Could Be Referenced

7. Sons Of Yinsen

Marvel ComicsMarvel ComicsHowever unlikely this particular entry is, it would be a very clever little inclusion for this movie. In the comic books, the Sons of Yinsen were formed when a group of young men who had been enslaved by Wong-Chu (the comic book character whose role was replaced by Raza of the Ten Rings in the Marvel Cinematic Universe) learned about the exploits of Ho Yinsen and Iron Man when they built an armour to help Stark escape from their captors (just like they did in the first Iron Man movie, only from Afghanistan, not Vietnam - a move that resulted in Yinsen sacrificing his life in both media). The group started to worship Yinsen and the armour, indulging in a mixture of technological study and religion as the Sons of Yinsen. They believed they had successfully recovered and preserved Yinsen's brain and brought him back to life as a sentient armour - however, it would soon be revealed that "Yinsen" was actually Ultron. It would be an incredibly elaborate move on the part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe to consider this as a plausible movie sub-plot, but if Ultron could somehow manipulate a group of people who worshipped Yinsen and Stark to do his bidding, it would be a very interesting way to really get in to Stark's head.
