6. Did Anyone Follow The Prometheus Crew?
Elizabeth Shaw left a final message in the ships log at the end of Prometheus. She urged anyone who might ever hear to the recording not to bother following in her footsteps, and to avoid the death that thrives on this moon at all costs. But did her warning fall on deaf ears? Did mankind ever return to that moon? Alien: Covenant could furnish fans with an answer. At the moment, it feels likely that cinema-goers haven't seen the last of the grey moon LV-233. After all, the proto-Xenomorph from the final shot of Prometheus was last seen at this locale. That creature's story clearly hasnt finished yet, because it's already known that the Xenomorphs end up on a different moon by the name of LV-426 (thanks to James Cameron's Aliens). Perhaps, then, Ridley Scott will return to LV-233 in Alien: Covenant and explain what happened next.
