18. Peter Parker's Ringtone

Following the trend already set by Tony Stark, when Peter Parker's phone rings at the start of the film, the ringtone plays an odd version of the infamous Spider-Man theme tune, with distinct polka flavour. He also whistles his own theme tune while "battling" Rhino (before he suits up) - adding some light-heartedness that is then smashed into the ground like a sledge-hammer when he pulls his opponent's pants down. And those aren't the only musical references in the film.
