Who? Well, it depends which one you're talking about; the first Baron Zemo Heinrich to his friends was a Nazi scientist who created deadly weapons for the Third Reich and fought Captain America a lot, later forming the supervillain group The Masters Of Evil. His son, Helmut Zemo, took on the mantle (and costume) of his father after he died and led his own Masters Of Evil in addition to forming the villains-turned-heroes group the Thunderbolts. Why Stoll Could Play Him: Wright's Ant-Man movie looks set to be about legacy as in Pym passing the torch to Lang so why not mirror that in the film's choice of villain? Corey Stoll as Zemo junior fulfills the Marvel movie criteria of having characters with hidden history which connects to other characters (in this case, Captain America) and making them European, and Helmut is an intelligent enough character that his conflict with the Ant-Men likely won't involve fisticuffs so much as masterminding schemes.
