6. Arthur Can Control Fish, But Doesn't Control The One That Tries To Eat Him

Aquaman manages to turn the tide in the big battle between his army and Orm's (and the Brine people who seem to just be an afterthought) by using the Trident to command all of the sea creatures that Orm's army are using as battle steeds to turn on their riders.

It's carnage and it's super effective, so you'd think Arthur would have done the trick on EVERY creature fighting on the other side to him. Because why would he pick and choose?

Except, he clearly DID choose to exclude some of the creatures, because the giant dinosaur fish that Orm personally rides is seemingly unaffected by the Trident and continues to listen to Orm and pursue Arthur right after all of the others turn on their riders. It even tries to eat him. Why not just tell it not to?
