5. Civil War Will Basically Be Another Avengers Movie
Much like Batman V Superman being a Superman sequel isn't exactly right, the idea that Civil War will be Captain America's film isn't strictly the case.
Given the fact that Avengers cast members are coming forward to confirm themselves for the sequel - everyone bar Paul Bettany's Vision is basically guaranteed from the New Avengers line-up now - it might as well just be a second-string Avengers movie. With Jeremy Renner and Robert Downey Jr. Or in other words, everyone but Hulk and Thor.
To be honest, that's the right way to do the film, but that doesn't mean that choosing to call it Captain America: Civil War makes any more sense. They could simply have called it Civil War, admitted that it's basically an interim Avengers movie and nobody would have to worry about taking attention from the top-billed character.
