Avengers: Doomsday - Character Breakdown
11. M'Baku
As said before, Shuri will not be the only Wakandan present for Avengers: Doomsday. Had she had been the sole name from Wakanda Forever to have been announced, then you could argue that she may be trekking away from her home for the fight. Add in Namor and you have even more reason to believe a portion of the film at least will be in Wakanda.
If that wasn't enough, how about the appearance of the King of Wakanda himself. After leading the Jabari Tribe from afar, distancing them from the rest of Wakanda before Killmonger and Infinity War united them with the rest of the country, M'Baku (Winston Duke) took the throne at the end of Wakanda Forever.
A fierce and fearless warrior, M'Baku knows how to protect his own people, and will likely have developed a strong working relationship with Shuri as the Black Panther since coming into his rule.
Quite how he deals with Namor is another question, but aside from his political and regal stance, never forget that he charged against Thanos step by step next to Steve Rogers on the front line, and will do the same against Doctor Doom when the need arises.
