33. & 32. Rocket & Groot

From what we know of the story, Rocket and Groot will be removed from the most dangerous action of Infinity War as they'll be joining Thor on his adventure to Nidavellir (where he'll get Stormbreaker and Groot will provide the handle), which should mean they're pretty safe. That's good news as teen Groot probably isn't all that valuable on the field of battle, even if Rocket is.

Worryingly, though, the duo should end up on Wakanda with Thor (though the marketing has made a good go of hiding the fact), which means they'll be at least partly involved in the big battle sequence in the final act. It'd still be pretty outrageous for them to be killed though. There's just no way Marvel would pass up the opportunity to make a lucrative Rocket and Groot spin-off (though, of course, there's a chance that might be a prequel).

31. Mantis

If you see Mantis doing much in terms of action in Infinity War, it will be a fairly big surprise. Sure, she has an interesting power and she could be used to put Thanos to sleep or something, but there's no way she'll get close enough to him.

And while she'll be on Titan when half of the Guardians meet up with the Avengers and fight Thanos in person, you can't see too far beyond her hiding in the background away from the real action. And at this stage, killing her would be like curb-stomping a kitten and that's defintiely beyond Marvel.
