Mentions Of Infinity Stones?

Thor's re-introduction into the MCU establishes early on that he's spent the last two years on the hunt for Infinity Stones. Again, he didn't look for the one the Collector had that his allies had left with the Collector and he didn't look on Asgard for the Tesseract (or he simply thought both were safe and didn't bother to investigate them).

The Tesseract also returned as Loki stole it (or rescued it) from Odin's Vault on Asgard before its destruction. The same Vault earlier saw Hela confirm that the "Infinity Gauntlet" that had been glimpsed in the first Thor was actually a fake. It "solved" the plothole, but if anything it posed more questions than it answered.

There had been some suggestion that we might get an explanation of the Soul Stone (linked to Heimdall), but that never happened, obviously.

Relevant Story Details

The post-credits scene that saw Thanos' refugee ship ominously over-shadowed by an enormous Titanic ship (Thanos' obviously) will obviously tie directly into the first act of Infinity War. We know Thanos will attack Thor's ship, take the Tesseract (perhaps hiring Loki again or killing him) and leave Thor for dead.

And again, Loki flipping allegiance once more links to the possibility that he'll try it again in Infinity War.
