5. Old Biff And Young Biff Chatting

All this trouble, yet old Biff had no problem chewing the fat with his younger self when he stole the DeLorean to deliver the almanac? I mean Biff is a tough guy and all but he neither passes out or causes a catastrophe in the space time continuum. Why don't the rules apply to him?
